Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using powerofonehealth.com (“Site”) or any related services offered by Power-of-One Health, LLC (“PO1H,” “we,” “our”), you (“User”) agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Medical Disclaimer
- Informational Content: All blog posts, videos, and downloadable resources are for educational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Patient Relationship: A clinician–patient relationship with PO1H is established only after you (a) complete our intake process, (b) sign our patient agreements, and (c) attend an initial consultation.
- Emergency: If you have a medical emergency, dial 911 or visit your nearest emergency department.
3. Eligibility
You must be (a) at least 18 years old, or (b) have parental/guardian consent to use the Site or receive services.
4. User Obligations
You agree to:
- provide accurate, current information;
- maintain the confidentiality of portal credentials;
- use the Site only for lawful purposes;
- not reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Site;
- refrain from posting defamatory, obscene, or infringing materials.
5. Payment & Cancellation
- All prices are in U.S. dollars.
- We accept major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, or other methods listed at checkout.
- Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
- Cancellation or rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may incur a fee (see your patient agreement).
6. No Insurance Billing
PO1H does not bill commercial insurance or Medicare/Medicaid. You may submit receipts to your insurer or HSA/FSA provider at your discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, and trademarks, is owned by PO1H or its licensors and protected by U.S. and international laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
8. Third-Party Links
Links to external sites (supplement dispensaries, labs, articles) are provided as a convenience. PO1H is not responsible for their content, accuracy, or services.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PO1H and its owners, clinicians, and employees are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- your use of, or inability to use, the Site;
- any content errors or omissions;
- any third-party links or services.
Our total liability in any matter related to the Site or services shall not exceed the greater of (a) $500 or (b) the amount you paid PO1H in the 6 months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PO1H from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
- Governing law: New York State law, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
- Informal resolution: Contact us first to attempt a good-faith resolution.
- Arbitration: If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Albany County, NY, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
- Class-action waiver: You may only resolve disputes with us on an individual basis.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if you violate these Terms or misuse the Site. Sections 7–12 survive termination.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
